Telefónica has published its 2005 Corporate Responsibility Report, available at http://www.telefonica.es/corporateresponsibility/
The report seeks answers to four questions:
Does Telefónica drive economic progress?
Does Telefónica drive technological progress?
Does Telefónica drive social progress?
Does Telefónica engage with its stakeholders?
Telefónica considers all its Spanish and Latin American activities in its 2005 report, which includes over 36 new CR challenges for this year, including alignment of CR reporting with O2, which Telefónica acquired early in 2006.
The Telefónica report was externally verified by Ernst & Young considering GRI indicator verification and AA1000AS assurance standards. The report includes an executive summary of 32 pages and is available in English and Spanish.
