Portland, Ore. - 2006 marks a milestone for Boly:Welch Staffing Services as they celebrate 20 years of successful placements in the Portland Vancouver metropolitan area.
In 1986 partners Diane Boly and Pat Welch founded the company with a vision based on community connections, matching talented candidates with excellent job opportunities. In the twenty years since that beginning, the firm has gained recognition as one of the premier staffing agencies in the area.
"We can trace the foundations of our success to the community where we live, work and prosper," says partner Pat Welch, "and we want to say 'thank you' to all those who have helped build the connections so necessary for a healthy, vibrant and livable community."
Saying 'thank you' means giving back for Boly:Welch who will honor four community organizations by committing 5% of agency fees each month during their anniversary year. The newly announced community giving program, Celebrating Community Connections, will recognize the following four organizations for their contributions to the ongoing health and sustainability of our community:
The partners see giving back as just a natural part of the lifecycle of the community. "It's all about developing relationships and creating connections and that's our stock-in-trade", comments partner Diane Boly.
