SAN FRANCISCO, CA - September 7, 2007 - The Center for Resource Solutions announced today that Juice Energy's renewable energy certificate (REC) product is now Green-e certified. Juice Energy joins the network of renewable energy providers that offer products certified by Green-e, the nation’s leading certification and verification program for renewable energy.

"We are very pleased that Juice Energy will participate in Green-e by offering a certified renewable energy option to its customers," said Andrew Nourafshan, Green-e Program Associate. "Juice Energy’s customized REC solutions have just made it even easier for businesses and institutions nationwide to reduce the environmental impact of the electricity they use."

Juice Energy can now offer their commercial and wholesale customers more tailored energy products. By purchasing Juice Energy RECs, customers will support currently available renewable resources as well as aid the development of new renewable resources to be built in the U.S. Jon Moore, CEO of Juice Energy, Inc., commented that "Green-e certification provides customers with a way to identify high quality green power products and to feel confident that their purchase is supporting real, verified renewable energy development. For the certified retailer, it represents a commitment to transparency and independent verification of sales and marketing. This system has brought vital credibility to the expanding green power market and is essential to its continued success."

The Green-e program is the leading renewable energy certification and verification program in the U.S., with over 150 participating vendors who sold over five million MWhs of renewable energy in 2005. The program provides independent, third-party certification to ensure certified renewable energy meets strict environmental and consumer protection standards.

The Green-e logo, the national symbol for renewable energy excellence, enables a growing number of consumers to easily identify high quality, certified renewable energy options, as well as everyday consumer products that are produced by companies that use renewable energy in their operations.

Providers of Green-e certified renewable energy agree to abide by the Green-e Code of Conduct, and meet strict Green-e disclosure and truth-in-advertising requirements. All Green-e marketers undergo an annual verification audit to document that the company purchased and/or generated the quantity and type of renewable energy to meet customer demand and marketing claims.

About Juice Energy:

Juice (www.aboutjuice.com) was formed in 2006 as an independent company to help clients capitalize on the opportunities created by deregulation. Juice is unique because it is the first company to work with clients to manage electricity price risk and greenhouse gas risk at the same time. Juice is unaffiliated with any wholesale trading business, physical assets or regulated utilities. This independent position allows Juice to focus all of its efforts on managing its clients' needs. The company has offices in New York, NY and Washington, DC and will begin serving commercial and industrial clients in New York in the early summer of 2007 and will expand to other markets throughout North America over the next few years.

About Green-e and the Center for Resource Solutions:

Green-e provides an easy way for consumers to find credible greenhouse gas mitigation options. The Green-e Program currently offers renewable energy certification and Green-e logo product labeling for businesses and organizations that purchase or generate sufficient quantities of renewable energy. Beginning in 2008, Green-e will also offer certification of retail greenhouse gas emission reduction products.
