The second edition is promoted in collaboration with the Bocconi University and the media partnership with Largo Consumo and CSRWire.

The objective of Consumable Award is to sensitize public opinion to give greater importance to those who distribute in a manner coherent to the directives of company social responsibility. Which means companies that increase their own value, reinforce their relationship with the interested bearers, but above all carry out a direct role in the formation of a collective consciousness for a sustainable future.

The first Convention saw the participation, among others, of IKEA, Carrefour, Castorama, Interdis, Crai, and I Pinco Pallino. Over the course of the Convention the Premio Consumabile alla Distribuzione Responsabile (Consumable Award for Responsible Distribution) was assigned to a company, selected by a jury of experts, which distinguished itself for its innovative ability and social responsibility in its relationship with the network, suppliers and clients.

It is an initiative that touches the "chords" of the distribution system and rewards companies that have committed themselves to a serious path of respecting the rights of their clients and suppliers with regards to the legitimate business objectives of all of the protagonists in the production network.

The winner of the first edition was Crai, with its Ecopoint project. Awards were also presented to: Autogrill, Despar, and Artsana. Promoted by Bocconi, the Convention was organised by Fiera del Sud/Frorida 2 in Siracusa and Epipoli Media.
