National Adopt-A-Watt Program, Sponsor-able PV Displays (SPVDs)

(CSRwire)ROYAL OAK, MI - April 30, 2008- The National Adopt A Watt(TM) Program is pleased to announce the Cortez Municipal (CEZ) and Savanna-Hilton Head International (SAV) Airports participation in it's clean energy and alternative fuel funding program.

Cortez Municipal Airport (CEZ):

"We are very excited about this new venture for Cortez Municipal Airport. While raising the consciousness of alternative energy sources with the local community, we are also raising funds to enter a capital program here at the Airport to purchase alternative transportation for Airport maintenance, security, and administrative staff." I've got a very tight budget, which I must use responsibly. Energy conservation and alternative sourcing is one way I can keep operation costs in check".

Cortez City Manager, Jay Harrington adds, "The City of Cortez is excited about participating in the Adopt-A-Watt program and is presently exploring other potential locations within the City. Our geographic location provides huge solar opportunities and we hope this is the first of many solar applications for the City of Cortez."

Sponsoring opportunities are now available at both airports. About the NAAWP-- Modeled after the successful Adopt-a-Highway acknowledgment program, the patent pending, NAAWP gives sponsors community recognition for funding clean energy, alternative fuel and energy efficiency projects. The program arranges and coordinates all sponsorship, financing, installation and on-going maintenance for Sponsor-able Photo-Voltaic Displays (SPVDs).
