"Alcatraz Cruises is constantly seeking to improve the green products and services that we use and provide. Our guests often ask us about the products we use and where they could buy them. We thought that introducing innovative companies to our visitors would be the perfect opportunity to show how forward-thinking the San Francisco Bay Area is," said Cameron Clark, Director of Environmental Affairs for Alcatraz Cruises.
In October Alcatraz Cruises partnered with the National Park Service and Lights Out San Francisco to distribute hundreds of compact fluorescent light bulbs to passengers disembarking following their trip to the historic island.
