NEW YORK, NY - September 15, 2008 - The American Conference Institute (ACI) announces that senior SEC and DOJ officials will be speaking at the 20th National Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, November 17-20, 2008 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, in the Washington DC area.

Mark F. Mendelsohn, Deputy Chief, Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice and Fredric D. Firestone, Associate Director, Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will present on recent FCPA investigations and prosecutions.

Cheryl Scarboro, Associate Director, Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will join a panel of experts on implementing effective fraud risk internal controls.
