The World Federation of Youth Clubs (WFYC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, was formally created in 2019 by co-founders Rick and Susan Goings, yet its history started years before. Through the Goings’ global travels and work with Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), and Rick as Chairman & CEO of Tupperware Brands Corporation, they observed firsthand and experienced countless stories of the needs of children and teens.
WFYC’s mission is to develop, advance and enhance global youth organizations that provide a positive environment and a safe place for young people around the world. WFYC exists to support those youth organizations doing the important work of caring for the well-being of young people who may not have the resources at their disposal to champion their cause. With member organizations operating in 37 countries outside of the United States, over 300,000 youth and their families are being served through 3,000+ facility-based organizations that provide educational programs, personal and leadership development, and family and community engagement.
