The U.S. Bank Access to Ascend Bridge Program is designed to teach students about commercial real estate investment, tax equity products and finance through case studies, specialized workshops, virtual and in-classroom training, site visits to the U.S. Bank headquarters, and executive speaker sessions with U.S. Bank leaders.
The program is an expansion of the bank’s partnership with Project Destined, a non-profit focused on building the next generation of owners and leaders in real estate by connecting diverse students with corporate America.
“The Project Destined partnership is powerful because we see students learning and growing in ways that prepare them for a wider range of growth opportunities in the future,” said Dhiren Patel, head of Commercial Real Estate Deposit and Payment Solutions. “Acquiring critical career-related skills allows students to develop professionally and expand into enriching positions and leadership roles.”
