It’s Pride Month, and Kohler teams around the world are celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community!
Led by the Kohler PROUD business resource group, we’ve strengthened our focus on DEI to create a workplace where ALL associates feel a sense of inclusion.
As the recipient of the Equality100 Award in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index, we offer expanded benefits for same-sex spouses, the transgender community, and family formation; inclusive, optional self-ID program; and LGBTQIA+ intersectionality training.
