For Seramount, formerly Working Mother, ranked U.S. Bank as one of the 100 Best Companies for working parents based on the company’s programs and benefits, including parental leave, fertility benefits, adoption, caregiver benefits, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement. This is the third consecutive year U.S. Bank has won this honor.

“As our company grows, recognitions such as this give us proof points we can use to recruit and hire diverse talent who want to join an organization where they can achieve their career aspirations without sacrificing family goals,” said Greg Cunningham, chief diversity officer. “We will continue to listen to our teams and explore opportunities to implement programs that support wellness, and thoughtful and inclusive growth.”

Each year, Seramount surveys organizations that are committed to women’s advancement, diversity and inclusion, and family-friendly workplace culture. Notable U.S. Bank programs on this year’s survey include:

  • Benefits and childcare programs
  • Employee support programs
  • Paid time off and leaves

“This honor underscores how we put people first,” said Elcio Barcelos, senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer. “It shows how we continuously look for ways to better support our people through the moments in life that matter the most.”
