Director of Sustainability at Hackensack Meridian Health Kyle Tafuri understands the link between a healthy environment and overall community health. With PSE&G’s help, the network of New Jersey health care providers has lowered its carbon footprint by cutting energy use, while saving money and making its facilities more comfortable for employees and patients.
Since partnering with PSE&G in 2009, Hackensack Meridian has invested more than $64 million in energy efficiency. Thanks to a PSE&G program that promotes energy efficiency in homes and businesses, the health care network has received over $36 million from PSE&G to help fund those upgrades. Hackensack University Medical Center, the provider’s flagship facility in Hackensack, New Jersey, alone has received $16 million to enhance energy efficiency.
For Hackensack Meridian, investing in energy efficiency improves community health and frees up valuable resources for patient care. Visit https://bizsave.pseg.com to see how PSE&G can help your business use less energy, lower costs and help protect the environment.
