In partnership with Universidad EARTH, our team in Costa Rica recently hosted an innovation challenge about how to create nutritious, delicious, and sustainable products using heart of palm fiber as the main ingredient. Heart of palm fiber is an upcycled ingredient formed by repurposing heart of palm husks.

By collaborating with Earth University, we’re able to share our innovations and learn from one another, while supporting new educational and professional experiences for the students.
