Chiwuike “Chi-Chi” Owunwanne, KeyBank’s new Corporate Responsibility Officer in Buffalo, Rochester and Eastern Pennsylvania, brings a unique perspective to his role. Born in Nigeria, Owunwanne lived in the village of Akirika-Uku until he was 12-years-old when he left to join his parents in Buffalo.

Owunwanne’s upbringing and his experience in the community development and financial industries gives him a one-of-a-kind understanding of the role financial institutions can play in helping neighborhoods remain vibrant while giving everyone an inclusive voice.
