We’re pleased to announce that we have earned the Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company designation. The prestigious award is based on what current associates say about their experience working here. This year, 87% of associates surveyed said Regions is a great place to work – 28 points higher than the average U.S. company.

This certification is a recognition of our work making life better — not just for our customers, communities and shareholders, but for our associates as well.”
Great Place to Work is an organization that analyzes workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors. It conducted a workplace trust index survey given to a random sample of associates from across the bank. Those survey results, combined with information about Regions’ company and culture, helped determine certification.

Earning this designation means that Regions is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
