November 17, 2021 /CSRwire/ - Phin has opened enrollment for its first virtual escape room, Climate Quest, to help remote and hybrid companies build high performing teams. Developed in partnership with award winning escape room artist Shuai Chen, ClimateQuest allows team members to meet over Zoom and solve puzzles to unlock donations to climate related causes that include Lonely Whale, One Tree Planted, and Remake.

The rise of remote and hybrid work has created challenges for companies who want to maintain their company culture and keep their employees engaged. Remote work can introduce fatigue, isolation, and communication issues which can hinder a company’s performance.
