PYXERA Global Announces Multi-Action Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

As part of its response to the global pandemic, PYXERA Global is launching a new multi-action campaign that helps corporations respond to the COVID-19 crisis. The COVID-19 Response will feature immediate action to mobilize corporate employees to engage alongside organizations meeting critical needs and develop strategies to best respond to the current crisis. Second, the COVID-19 Corporate Challenge plans to mobilize the private-sector to begin long-term preparations to meet the next public health challenge through collaborative action. The COVID-19 Response is now underway and those interested can sign-up to join this multi-company effort to meet this pressing global challenge.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: ENGAGE EMPLOYEES TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION

The COVID-19 Response is a co-created collaboration across sectors to meet the challenges presented by the COVID-19 crisis. In the short-term, PYXERA Global is working with health organizations and partners to develop programming that bridges critical staffing and expertise gaps in local and county governments, local healthcare agencies, and NGOs on the front lines of the crisis.

Corporations can engage virtually with larger numbers of employees or in distinct groups. Types of projects that can be completed in short periods of time include virtual call center support, data management, database development, small business advisory and more. While this immediate response has of yet been U.S. based, given the global impacts of the crisis, PYXERA Global is prepared to work with partners to support the public health infrastructure in globally through similar action. 

OPEN CALL FOR INNOVATION: COVID-19 CORPORATE CHALLENGE

In addition to the immediate response to the crisis, the COVID-19 Response includes a long-term strategy to build resiliency in public health systems to meet the challenges such as the one posed by COVID-19.PYXERA Global has created the COVID-19 Corporate Challenge, an open call for innovation from the private sector to capture the best problem-solving skills and partners to address the systemic issues that have made the current response so difficult. PYXERA Global will provide a challenge framework that engages employees to bring bold solutions to address the limitations in the public health system surfaced by COVID-19 and bring greater resiliency to public health infrastructure to be prepared for future global health challenges.
