I’m starting to think that I’m irrelevant. And I kinda dig it! Between my wife’s awesome post last week (thanks to all who read it and said such nice things) and what I’m going to write about this week, I think other people are coming up with better content than me. My loss and your gain.

Anyway, this week I want to be brief so that you can spend more time with The Drawdown Review that just came out. As you likely know if you’ve been reading this blog for some time, Project Drawdown is a nonprofit that has researched and curated the world’s most substantive solutions to reverse global warming. In 2017, they released a book titled Drawdown that went on to become a New York Times bestseller and fundamentally reshaped the narrative around the climate crisis. Because of their work, people around the world began to understand the myriad ways that we can all be a part of reversing global warming.

The Drawdown Review, released just last week, is their first research update since the book was published. Going forward, they will release an annual update that will reflect the latest understanding of the climate solution-scape. As the world changes and climate action becomes more urgent, we will need the latest data on what we can all do to solve this enormous challenge.

Click the link above and go download your free copy of The Drawdown Review. Take your time with it, as it is rich in detail and beautifully laid out. And to the people of Project Drawdown, thank you for all that you do!

Ray C. Anderson Foundation

The Ray C. Anderson Foundation was created in honor of the late Ray C. Anderson (1934-2011), founder of Interface, Inc. During his time at Interface, Ray championed the notion of businesses doing well by doing good. It’s these noble qualities of advancing knowledge and innovation around environmental stewardship and sustainability that recognized Ray as a pioneer in industrial ecology.

The purpose of the Foundation is to perpetuate these shared values and continue the legacy that Ray left behind. Through research and funding, the Foundation aims to help create a better world for future generations—tomorrow’s child. Join us as the story of the Foundation continues to unfold.
