About the speaker:
Dan Elman is the Senior Analyst at Nucleus Research for its customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics programs. Daniel has written extensively about the respective CRM and analytics markets, as well as machine learning and AI, containerization, marketing automation, and transitioning from on-premises to cloud deployment. He graduated from Boston University with a BA in Pure and Applied Mathematics where he also researched Lie groups and black hole superradiance. Before moving to Boston, Daniel grew up in Massena, New York.
