Sandie brings over 20 years of experience in EHS programs, EHS auditing, ergonomics, permitting, sustainability, and industrial hygiene. More specifically, her expertise includes creating, implementing, and training teams on contractor safety, injury and illness prevention programs, hazard communication, chemical hygiene plans, and emergency and medical response. She has worked with numerous technology and manufacturing companies in Silicon Valley.

Sandie comes to Antea Group from owning and managing her own consultancy, R.S. Johnson Consulting, where she worked with various multinational firms providing onsite support and delivering customized EHS solutions for compliance and management. Prior to running her own business, she was the Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Director for Tandem Computers, where she managed global EHS programs for manufacturing operations. Sandie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with additional coursework in industrial hygiene, toxicology, and ventilation.
