The Consumer Goods Forum Launches New Corporate Website

New website makes it easier than ever to build better lives through better business

The Consumer Goods Forum has today launched its new corporate website, integrating events and strategic initiatives under one newly designed home: www.theconsumergoodsforum.com. The revamped website offers quick and easy access to essential information about The Consumer Goods Forum, its strategic initiatives and global events. Whether you are a member looking for implementation support, an external stakeholder looking to see how the CGF supports cross-sector collaboration or are interested in networking at one of the CGF’s influential industry events, the new website provides the answers you need in fewer clicks than ever before.

Created with the user experience in mind, the new website has a clean uncluttered design, improved functionality, simpler navigation and enhanced rich content. Its purpose is to support the CGF's mission of retailer-manufacturer collaboration to drive positive change. It is consistent with the more harmonised “One CGF” communications strategy that is being rolled out across CGF offices globally.

Peter Freedman, Managing Director of The Consumer Goods Forum, said, “We are excited about our new website launch. This is the latest step in our programme to improve our communication with the CGF’s member companies and our many external stakeholders. We welcome further feedback so that we can continue to improve the site”.

As the only organisation bringing together consumer goods retailers and manufacturers globally, the CGF website provides a resource for all consumer companies wanting to build positive change into their corporate strategies. Users can access information on the CGF’s work in environmental sustainability, forced labour, health and wellness, product safety and the end-to-end value chain. They can also find examples of how other member companies are driving positive change globally.

The new website also fully integrates the CGF’s global events, including its flagship CEO gathering, the Global Summit; the Sustainable Retail Summit; and the talent development platform for building future leaders with purpose, the Future Leaders Programme.

The Consumer Goods Forum's new website will be updated on a regular basis with news, member case studies, videos, implementation toolkits and guidelines and event listings, etc. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website and sign up for direct emails from the CGF at www.theconsumergoodsforum.com/contact/
