“It is a great honor to have Mark Fields, Keith Allman, and Ralph Babb Jr. at the 11th Annual HACR CEO Roundtable,” said Cid Wilson, HACR President & CEO. “The HACR CEO Roundtable presents an immense opportunity for these executive leaders to discuss some of the challenges facing Hispanic advancement, particularly in today’s changing marketplace, and how they seek to incorporate diversity and inclusion in their companies to ensure they reach and meet the needs of the growing U.S. Hispanic employee and consumer base."
The HACR CEO Roundtable was created in 2006 to provide CEOs from Fortune 500 companies with a platform to discuss best practices related to inclusive employment, retention strategies, increasing Hispanic consumer market outreach, and diversity in the corporate boardroom.

The discussion will center on each of the participant’s respective companies’ Hispanic inclusion strategies and the role diversity plays at the different levels of their organizations. They will share personal anecdotes and the benefits of making a business case for Hispanic inclusion.
