Join us for a LIVE Twitter chat with GRI and Northern Trust to talk about the new GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards. GRI will explain how the new standards will revolutionize reporting, while Northern Trust will give us insights into their experience reporting and how this has evolved over time.

Wednesday, November 16th at 12PM EST

The GRI Standards are the first global standards for sustainability reporting. They feature a modular structure, and represent the global best practice for reporting on a range of economic, environmental and social impacts.

GRI Standards give companies a common language for disclosing non-financial information. They will help companies around the world be more transparent about their impacts on the economy, the environment and society. They will also help organizations make better decisions and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Northern Trust has consistently produced their annual report using the GRI framework. They will have the opportunity to share their take on the standards and the impact on reporting in their industry.

Join the @3BLMedia-moderated LIVE Twitter chat discussion with Alyson Genovese, Head of Corporate & Stakeholder Relations for the United States & Canada from GRI (@GRI_Secretariat) and Connie Lindsey, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Diversity & Inclusion from Northern Trust (@NTCSR). Please use #GRIStandards to join the discussion.
