(Globe Newswire) - AkzoNobel CEO Ton Büchner will this week discuss the company's sustainability strategy and performance when he talks to a group of investors and representatives from the media.

Accompanied by Corporate Director of Sustainability and HSE&S, André Veneman, the webcast will take place on Thursday, May 19. Topics will include megatrends such as urbanization and challenges in securing business growth in a world of finite resources. 

It will be the third year in a row that AkzoNobel has provided a detailed sustainability update to the media and investor community.

"Having established ourselves as industry leaders in sustainability, we think it's important that we are as transparent as possible when it comes to explaining our approach to the global challenges that lie ahead," explained Veneman.
