Deborah Weinswig’s background working with major Wall Street firms for 17 years (most recently at Citigroup) perfectly positioned her for strategic planning, implementation, and management of retail technology systems at plural major corporations. She has been instrumental in the development of efficient and scalable marketing and analysis efforts that have significantly increased sales while maintaining cost controls and quality of service.

Ms. Weinswig has helped start-ups develop and implement retail technology systems and strategies that are now in place at multiple top-tier, national companies (Target, Home Depot, and CVS, to name only a few). She is also a faculty mentor at accelerator Alchemist and a mentor at accelerator Plug & Play’s Brand & Retail Center of Innovation. Much of her work has been with food retail companies, and as Zaycon Foods continues to enjoy a rapidly expanding customer base, Ms. Weinswig will bring her years of experience and skill to bear, implementing necessary innovations to streamline the company’s sales operations while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
