Johnson Controls, a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries, today announced its inclusion on the FTSE4Good Index Series for 2012. This is the ninth time the company has earned this recognition. 

The FTSE4Good Index Series measures the performance of companies that meet or exceed globally recognized corporate ethical standards and social responsibility criteria. The FTSE4Good Index Series helps to facilitate investment in those companies. Johnson Controls received an overall ESG (environment, social and governance) rating score of 99 out of 100 points.
