The American Himalayan Foundation, a nonprofit organization, touches the lives of 300,000 Tibetans, Sherpas and Nepalis every year through more than 150 effective, human-scale projects.

Global Impact raises funds for 55 of the most respected U.S.-based international relief and development charities. Each Global Impact member charity is carefully evaluated before being invited to join the alliance and must demonstrate a commitment to helping the world's most vulnerable people. Rigorous membership criteria ensures that member charities meet the highest standards through their work in international humanitarian relief and development, including integrity in program implementation, sound financial management and program effectiveness.
