New Director Poised to Help Grow the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Consulting Firm

CLEVELAND, Mar. 23 /CSRwire/ - Eager to utilize her vast experience in operations and finance management, Jennifer Klie has joined BrownFlynn and its sustainability training and education division, BrownFlynn Learning, as the team's new director of operations. Jennifer is poised to help grow and develop the corporate responsibility and sustainability consulting firm—not only in this region but across the country.
Jennifer Klie joins BrownFlynn with an extensive background in strategic and financial consulting, having worked as a strategy consultant for Mitchell Madison Group before joining National City (now PNC) in 2001. For the next nine years, Jennifer served the financial institution as Senior Vice President and Director of Business Performance Improvement before being promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Retail Deposits Product Management. Jennifer earned her B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Wesleyan University and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. She also has experience in Six Sigma and other performance improvement methodologies. Jennifer is married, has two young children and is treasurer of St. Paul's Cooperative Preschool.
As Director of Operations, Jennifer's greatest responsibility will be to streamline the day-to-day business operations for the firm. "This continues to be a priority from BrownFlynn in order to take advantage of the growing market demand for sustainability reporting," explains Jennifer.
