SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Dec. 02 /CSRwire/ - CSRwire, the Corporate Social Responsibility Newswire has joined forces with Sparkseed to communicate the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability in today's business environment. On December 1st 2009, Sparkseed - a nonprofit organization that invests in college social entrepreneurs - is launching a National Social Innovation Competition. The deadline for entries is February 7th 2010, and on April 1st 10 student-led ventures will be chosen to receive mentoring, seed money, skills training, and professional services to help them launch their pro-social ventures. CSRwire has offered their services to provide tools and exposure that will help these student-led ventures succeed.
