Aetna Inc., a Fortune 50 global health and financial services company, has been recognized in the September issue of Money magazine in its annual list of "America's Best Company Benefits." This marks the second year that Aetna has been included as a leader in employee benefits by the magazine.

Aetna scored 16th on a list of the top 50, up from number 20 last year. The article examines how companies are responding to their employee needs and includes a comprehensive chart highlighting the benefits that each of the top 50 companies provides to their employees.
