TOLEDO, OH - In response to the recent tsunami devastation in South Asia and India, Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) has contributed $100,000 (U.S.) to the Red Cross International Response Fund to support the humanitarian relief and recovery efforts.

In addition, Dana will make a second contribution to the Red Cross by matching employee and retiree donations made to registered charitable organizations through January 31, 2005 that support the tsunami relief efforts.

Dana operates five facilities inIndia. InSouth Asia, Dana operates three facilities located inIndonesia andThailand. None of the eight Dana facilities were affected by the tsunami.
