DELRAY BEACH -- For the fourth consecutive year, Office Depot (NYSE:ODP), a leading global provider of office products and services, has been named an "Outstanding Distributor" by the Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. The award highlights Office Depot's continuing dedication to community involvement and enhancing opportunities for blind and physically challenged individuals.

The Committee, a governing body of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program (JWOD), is dedicated to providing jobs and training opportunities for blind or severely disabled workers. JWOD is a joint federal/non-profit agency venture that provides employment opportunities for workers through targeted purchases of specified products and services. The use of JWOD-designated products generates jobs by developing federal government purchases through non-profit agencies that employ blind and severely disabled employees.

"At Office Depot, we value the loyalty of our federal customers and are proud to support their mission by offering quality products made by blind and disabled Americans," said Cindy Campbell, Executive Vice President of Office Depot's Business Services Group. "Each year we see our JWOD sales increase and we are grateful that we are able to bring added value to our federal purchasers."
