Following a survey of work-life benefits and advancement opportunities for women in Fortune 100 companies, Working Woman magazine again ranked Xerox Corporation among the Top 25 Companies for Executive Women in its second annual list of “female-friendly” firms.
Xerox’ “systems for developing female leaders continue to impress, including a year-old program that identifies 'high potentials,' half of whom are women. In areas where women are underrepresented, manager bonuses are tied to increasing the number and status of female employees," according to the current issue of Working Woman which this year placed Xerox at No. 25 on its chart of leading companies.
