Qwest Named to HISPANIC Magazine's Top 25 List

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2006--Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced that it has been included in HISPANIC Magazine's list of the top 25 places for minorities to find opportunity for advancement.

According to the magazine's April issue, the companies that made the list offer internal Hispanic employee associations and promote Hispanic employees at all levels within their workforces.
