Noble Affiliates, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Samedan Oil Corporation, has received the Corporate Citizen Award from the Department of Interior in the Minerals Management Service's third Annual Industry Awards Program. This award is given to the company selected as the most outstanding in the combined areas of offshore operating performance, regulatory reporting, and fiscal responsibility.
