NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2007--Time Warner Inc. today announced the winners of its 26th annual Andrew Heiskell Community Service Awards, which highlight the exceptional volunteer efforts of its employees. The awards, named for Andrew Heiskell, the late former chairman and CEO of Time Inc., were presented at a luncheon ceremony at Time Warner Center in New York City to Time Warner employees in recognition of their outstanding individual contributions to community and public service.

Dick Parsons, Chairman and CEO of Time Warner, said: "Time Warner is committed to strengthening the communities in which we do business, and we're proud to recognize our employees' outstanding contributions to those communities with the Heiskell Awards. This year's recipients represent the very best of Time Warner, and their passion for public service is an inspiration to their colleagues and to me personally."

Time Warner's Civic Leadership Award, which honors a senior executive for outstanding community leadership, was presented to Alan Horn, President of COO of Warner Bros. Entertainment, in recognition of his longstanding efforts to raise awareness of environmental issues.

In addition, the Community Service Team Award, which recognizes a group of employees that exemplifies Time Warner's values of responsibility and teamwork, was given to 27 AOL employees who deliver meals to the elderly as volunteers for Meals on Wheels.

Jeff Bewkes, President and COO of Time Warner, said: "The exceptional achievements of our Heiskell Award recipients offer just a glimpse of the invaluable work being done by Time Warner employees around the world. We're pleased to recognize their tremendous generosity, and to support their efforts to effect change in their communities."

Each Andrew Heiskell Community Service Award winner receives $5,000 from Time Warner, in the form of a $3,000 donation to the nonprofit organization or organizations of his or her choice, and a personal honorarium of $2,000. In addition, as part of the Community Service Team Award, Time Warner makes a $10,000 donation to the nonprofit organization or organizations of the team's choice. In honor of Mr. Horn, at his request, Time Warner will make a $5,000 donation to the Environmental Media Association.
