1. BRIEF BACKGROUND:

An unprecedented awakening is occurring in the world - one based on seeking a more integral way of living founded on compassion and recognition of the basic interconnectedness of all life. A rapidly growing number of individuals and organizations strongly identify with these values, and want to do something - donate, volunteer, start a project, conduct research - to help bring this goal to life.

Recognizing this, Fund For Global Awakening (FFGA), a 501(c)3 project incubator, has engaged teams of professionals to identify and develop new structures and processes to assist social evolution for a positive future. FFGA is not limited or influenced by any religious beliefs, political or economic interests.

2. NEW LARGE SCALE NATIONAL STUDY OFFERS PROFOUND INSIGHT INTO CORE COMMONALTIES:

In Our Own Words (IOOW) 2000 Research is a landmark social science research program that examines emerging values and expressions of transformation from the hearts and minds of the American people. The information gathered in the IOOW 2000 Research, the result of two years of intensive work carried out by an accomplished professional research team, demonstrates a profound sense of
connection that is shared by a diverse population of Americans. Its analysis of eight core American types offers startling insight into our society. Based on its novel typology system, IOOW 2000 Research examines key values, attitudes and beliefs concerning forgiveness and tolerance, ethics and leadership, compassion and service, expectations for the next decade,
technology, media, healthcare, and other vital contemporary concerns. The study identifies many key issues of strategic importance to American society and to individuals in positions of leadership.

Future goals and applications of the research include alliances with foundations, businesses, social innovators, and creative media. Phase II includes nationwide focus groups and in-home interviewing. Phase III extends the work trans-nationally.

3. GLOBAL INTERCHANGE INITIATIVE - A STRATEGIC HUB TAPPING THE INTERNET'S FULL POTENTIAL

An immediate and practical application of IOOW 2000 Research is in the development of a major Internet initiative, The Global Interchange Project, focused on integrating leading-edge philanthropic principles with proven business processes. It represents a synthesis of many years of experience and listening to the needs and goals of many people and organizations. In
business terms, it is a large-scale enterprise.

The purpose of The Global Interchange Project (The Project) is to make available new structures, processes, resources, and facilitation that can be used cooperatively by the growing community of individuals and organizations working toward a more enlightened future. To implement these goals, The Project will gather and focus, in a coherent manner, an extensive range of resources through a self-sustaining strategic hub that taps the Internet's full potential to interconnect millions of individuals, businesses, philanthropic and educational organizations, and others sharing an earnest desire to invest and participate in a positive future for humanity.

The Project is inviting individuals, businesses, and other organizations that have an interest in participating in or supporting this work with technology, human resources, and funding to make contact. All contacts will be kept confidential.

4. PROPRIETARY PROFILING AND TYPOLOGY APPLICATIONS

Partly based on the IOOW 2000 Research typology, partly based on unique statistical algorithms, The Global Interchange Project includes a unique system which can compare user behavior, including search activities, product interests, and other online actions with statistical survey-based indicators of professed behavior. This creates a set of sophisticated tools for
predicting behavior and for developing and tracking strategic positioning and communications campaigns. The typology and analytical systems are equally applicable to internal management and employee assessment, as well as customer and other marketing applications.
