CHESTNUT HILL, MA - As the press calls for accountability and activists rally against globalization, NGOs demand sustainability and communities request deeper engagement. Socially screened investment funds continue to grow, governments encourage social reports, and codes of conduct and standards proliferate.

Are these problems, or an opportunity to expand your community involvement role and help drive your company's corporate citizenship agenda? How do you do so, and what are the risks? How do you initiate change in your organization?
