New York, NY - Eileen Murray, Managing Director and Global Head of Technology, Operations and Product Control for Credit Suisse First Boston is to be honored by the Women’s Bond Club of New York at its annual Merit Award Dinner on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 starting at 6:O0 p.m. at Cipriani’s 42nd Street in Manhattan.

The Club will also honor Janet Tiebout Hanson, Founder of 85 Broads and President & CEO of Milestone Capital Management with The Isabel Benham Award, an award given to a woman who has made a significant contribution to the greater community of women. This Award carries with it a donation to support a charity chosen by the award winner.

The Merit Award Dinner is the Women’s Bond Club of New York premier event where honors are given to women who have made a significant contribution to both the financial services’ industry and to women in finance. Founded in 1921, the Women’s Bond Club of New York is the nation’s oldest organization for professional women in finance. From its earliest days, its mission has been to provide education, mentoring and networking opportunities for women in finance and related industries.

Monies raised from the Merit Award Dinner fund scholarships that are given to qualified young women graduates of New York City public schools who have expressed an interest in pursuing a career in finance. The Women’s Bond Club of New York has also been an active supporter of the Fordham University’s School of Business, Women in Business Program.
