"This symposium embodies a dramatic shift in how women advance to executive management and into the corporate boardroom - where they can influence and accelerate corporate commitment to diversity from above," said Linda K. Bolliger, Founder and CEO of conference partner Boardroom Bound (R). "Instead of having to wait for doors to open, we have created our own pathways to the top, by providing an ideal venue to showcase developing women leaders alongside those at the very top, helping them attain the visibility, access and support they might not otherwise have as easily."
