Global Impact Announces Appointment of Charlotte Haberaecker as COO

ALEXANDRIA, VA - January 24, 2008 - Global Impact announced today that Charlotte Haberaecker has been named the organization’s chief operating officer. Ms. Haberaecker will assume her new role effective January 28, 2008.

Haberaecker is a seasoned leader with 30 years of experience building strategies, programs, internal controls and systems to achieve operational excellence. During 15 years with Fannie Mae, she served 12 years as vice president in the areas of eBusiness Solutions, Single Family Business Strategy and, most recently, Single Family Operational Risk Management. During that time, she directed the evaluation of key business processes, managed the assessment and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley financial and internal control requirements and created the first operational risk framework in Fannie Mae's largest business.

Prior to her work with Fannie Mae, Ms. Haberaecker was senior manager, Management Consulting Services, at Price Waterhouse. She received a BS degree in Business Administration in Management Science from the University of Illinois.
