Entries are being accepted for the 2007 through March 1, 2007. Notice of intent to submit must be submitted by Feb. 1. 2007. Entry fee is $100.
GLOBAL RECOGNITION
Finalists and winners will be featured in global media outreach and at a special awards ceremony.
