DANA POINT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Earning Power's Founder, Rachel Bondi, has been recognized with the cover of OC METRO magazine as one of 10 Women of Power in Orange County, Calif., for the efforts of her organization in bringing men's attention to women's workplace issues. In their true-life crusades for change, she is in the company of women accomplishing far more than television's real housewives of the O.C. have portrayed.

"I'm honored to be recognized by OC METRO, especially among the company of the other women recognized for making a difference," Bondi said recently when interviewed while a guest on the television news show "The Mix." "My message is that men matter, and that solving women's leadership and wage gaps is achievable when both genders see the benefits."

Bondi is the visionary leader of Earning Power and mother of four who is committed to advancing women in the workplace. This accomplished former director of business development at Microsoft is a corporate anthropologist who has researched gender relations in the workplace for more than a decade.

Earning Power gained recognition as a 2005 Stevie Award finalist for Best Business Association of the Year. Bondi's advisory team includes David Leighton, president of Women in Technology International, and Tory Johnson, founder of Women for Hire. Another advisor, former CIO of SegaSoft, Clay Swartz, stated, "In the technology industry I'm from, good men are essential to female professionals as mentors, advisors and enthusiasts in their careers." Earning Power gives tools to men who want to hire, promote, and empower women in business.

OC METRO, a business lifestyle magazine with a readership of more than 344,000 professionals and executives, chose Bondi's cover shot to launch their new glossy format. With a circulation of 80,000 copies every two weeks, the magazine is available at more than 1,200 locations in Orange County. The article on Bondi is available online at http://www.ocmetro.com/metro031606/cover031606.html.

Earning Power is the nation's only online community focusing on men in the development of women's equality. Founded by corporate anthropologist and former FORTUNE 100 executive Rachel Bondi in 2005, it offers expert advice and professional consulting services to companies and individuals.
