OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 2007--With a golf tournament coming up at the Trump National Golf Club on Monday, April 30 in Bedminster, New Jersey, the Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center in Oldwick anticipates another success. This marks the second annual Trump/SHHRC Rider Cup to kick off the golf season at Trump's flagship club. Proceeds will allow the Center to provide recreational programs and therapy to children and adults with special needs.

"Last year the Inaugural Trump/SHHRC Rider Cup helped us turn a corner in terms of being able to open our programs up to more riders,"
says Nichola Redmond, the Center's director. "We are grateful to Trump National Golf Club for making the event possible once again. I want to thank Trump National and our supporters on behalf of the growing number of children and adults with disabilities who benefit significantly from our services. Our programs definitely have a quality of life impact. Here at the Center we say that we stride to thrive," she adds.

"With the addition of an equestrian center at our club, we thought that an event for Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center was a great fit. We are excited to support the tournament for the second time," says Board Member and Chair of the Trump/SHHRC Rider Cup, Harold Kamine. "Because the event met with huge success last year, we decided to make it an annual tradition. We are pleased to be associated with the Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center, an important member of the equestrian community in this area and a leader in the therapeutic riding field. We are delighted to have the opportunity to support its cause."

The tournament will take place on Monday, April 30, 2007. The event will commence with registration and a breakfast buffet at 8:30 A.M., and run until 9:45 A.M. At 10:00 A.M., there will be a Shotgun Start (Shamble format). An awards reception including open bar and buffet will follow after the tournament from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. To register for golf or sponsorship, or for additional information, please contact Nichola Redmond at (908) 439-9636, ext. 201 or shhrced@earthlink.net.
