The three day event will kick off with a business-to-business showcase designed exclusively for retail/wholesale buyers, government officers and decision-makers in the world of green and will feature the first ever "EARTH DOME," a massive multi-media installation where visitors can engage in an artistic experience complete with music, film and art that celebrates the beauty of environmental preservation and confronts the challenges that lie ahead.

From the savviest environmentalist to the newly green, Expo attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of special interest consumer and business areas including:

"We are elated to have so many speakers, panels, nonprofit organization and businesses under one roof to share sustainability best practices and help educate the public," says Bradford Rand, President and CEO of Go Green Expo. "What seems to be a great reflection of the growing green economy even in these tough economic times, we are pleased to see the LA show booth space is entirely sold out."

Many of the city's top influential non-profit groups will also be on hand with educational booths and noteworthy speakers from organizations including: Angeles Sierra Club, Algalita Marine Research Foundation, Friends of the Los Angeles River, The Malibu Foundation, People for the Parks, Earth Day Los Angeles, The Green Energy Council, Brighter Planet and many others.

There will be over 50 eco-leaders presenting on numerous learning panels; teaching attendees about healthy living, sustainable investing, green building, conservation and more. The NRDC will also be on hand conducting a special presentation on how to "green your business."

Go Green Expo will present the finalists of an eco-art contest on-site during the show. LA's BEST, an afterschool enrichment program serving kindergarten through 6th grade, invited 180 of their schools to participate in submitting environmentally inspired artwork, five of which were selected as finalists. The finalists, selected by Perf Go Green, will be present at the Go Green Expo opening ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Go Green Expo National Tour will also boast the latest in green design and function, supported by Metropolitan Exposition Services, such as: recycled flooring, 100% compostable and biodegradable table top coverings, recycled material booth ID signs, biodegradable banner material, soy and water based inks and a waste management program that takes environmental and social ramifications into account by utilizing local donation programs.
