"Perhaps the greatest benefit to being named by FORTUNE magazine as one of the 100 best companies to work for, is that it reaffirms our belief that the key to the success and the growth of our business lies with our employees," said Tony Parella, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Consistency, reliability, integrity and respect for our customers are the cornerstones on which our business is built -- and it is our employees who deliver on this every day."

About FORTUNE's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list

FORTUNE's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list is based on an independent evaluation of the policies and culture of each company and the opinions of its employees and is conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute of San Francisco for FORTUNE magazine. Two-thirds of a company's score is based on the responses provided by 400 randomly selected employees of each company to a 57-question survey. The remaining one-third is based on an assessment of the company's demographics, compensation, benefits and culture. Companies are scored in four areas: credibility, respect, fairness, and pride/camaraderie.
