TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/07/08 -- The National Job Fair & Training Expo is pleased to announce that DiversityCareers.ca joins as partner for the 2008 spring and fall editions in Toronto.
The partnership with DiversityCareers.ca, Canada's one-stop-diversity job site specializing on diversity employment and career development, starts with the upcoming 12th edition, scheduled on April 8 and 9, 2008, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (North Building, Hall C).

Diversitycareers.ca will promote The National Job Fair & Training Expo not only as the Ontario's most recognized, comprehensive and largest recruitment event, but as a place of diversity that can provide applicants of current jobs from employers dedicated to a diverse workplace. The National Job Fair & Training Expo is a multi-sector recruitment event presented to serve the employment needs of communities from the Greater Toronto Area and its outlying regions.

DiversityCareers.ca employment website provides job postings and links skilled immigrants/newcomers in Canada, visible minorities, women in the workplace, aboriginal, people with disabilities, mature workers (45+) and Canadians to employers who promotes employment equity and diversity in the workplace. The National Job Fair & Training Expo is the other link for the diversity to meet face to face with employers, training and education facilities, organizations promoting entrepreneurship and career services organizations.

For this 12th edition, organizers are expecting over 150 exhibitors from the Greater Toronto Area and from across Canada, and 8,000 to 10,000 highly-motivated and experienced candidates - the highest attendance in Ontario - from the Greater Toronto Area and its outlying regions. The fair consists of four main pavilions: The Employment Pavilion, the Training & Education Pavilion, the Career Services Pavilion and the Entrepreneurship Pavilion. It is completed with several interactive activities and services supporting the career development of all attendees, such as the free Professional Resume Assessment Centre, the Posting Zone, the Public Presentation Area, etc.

The National Job Fair and Training Expo's three major sponsors are the Toronto Sun, 24 Hours and the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
