ITUgreen provides strategic corporate training, through various channels, aimed at assisting organizations in creating a truly green corporate culture through the creation of green workplace structures and behaviors that will influence the social environment, ultimately imparting a positive impact on employee engagement, ethics, job satisfaction, productivity and performance. We work with management to develop a strong working collective within the firm, and to interact effectively and sustainably with society at large, especially in confronting the new challenges of the global market. Our focus is derived from "The Green Handbook" that serves as a basis for balancing the Green Agenda to include an equal emphasis on our social environment and the application of interpersonal behavioral ecology. Interpersonal behavioral ecology focuses not on the things we do to our physical environment, but on the effects we have on our social environment and aims to fill this previously unarticulated need. It provides a new and scientifically proven model for the motivation behind all human actions, validated through research at Stanford University and the subject of several books and publications by Dr. Gerald Cory Jr. ITUgreen is committed to assisting organizations in implementing workplace structures and behaviors that support an environment free of behavioral pollution. Further, we feel that it is critical that we become stewards of corporate social responsibility. To that end, we welcome opportunities to make a difference both in our community and abroad, donating select services and undertaking special projects that can assist the non-profit sector. Our alliance with our non-profit parent company, International Technological University, has allowed us to further our mission abroad. ITUgreen materialized from the University's core values to build out practical education for the good of community. Our specific charge is a noble purpose, to fundamentally contribute our knowledge, resources and experience to create global educational infrastructures that can help to materialize the highest educational and corporate ideals of the 21st century - one of devout principal. ITU has been specifically designed to meet this challenge. We are now in the new millennium with the challenge of solving contemporary problems while achieving the unfinished agenda of the future. Modern society must engage in a constant search for the good in its quest for the better. ITUgreen is dedicated to excellence in global corporate training and leadership for the twenty-first century.
