Jaclyn McDuffey, LEED Green Associate
Jaclyn McDuffey is Managing Director and Brand Development specialist at Emerald, a sustainable consumables product company headquartered in New York. She graduated Magna Cum laude from Fordham University where she studied psychology.
McDuffey began her career as Administrative Office of Development for Fordham Law School. Her transition to Emerald was brought on by a passion to make sustainable products affordable and available to every consumer and business. Since her induction into Emerald in 2013, she has significantly grown the brand’s tree-free towel and tissue and petroleum free plastic product lines. Her dedication and commitment to sustainable materials is a reflection of her perseverance to study the research and development of Bio Preferred U.S. grown materials for product development.
From a young age, McDuffey developed a great feeling of responsibility towards protecting the Earth. In addition to her passion for sustainability she consistently devotes her time and resources to her favorite charities; AHRC, Autism Speaks, New York Cares, and numerous higher education institutions.
