Steven N. Pyser J.D. is an Assistant Professor for Human Resource Management (Teaching/Instructional Track) at the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University and leads the Pyser Group, specializing in ethics, leadership development, corporate governance and sustainability strategies.
He created a solutions-based model by leveraging his business expertise and litigation experience in high-stakes jury trials. The paradigm uses critical and systems thinking, decision making, Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM) and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approaches. Professor Pyser is an active researcher who has taught in higher education with distinction. His writings include ancillaries for Law and Ethics in the Business Environment (2009), refereed journal articles, reports, chapters in edited books and op-eds.
Internationally recognized as a public participation and facilitation expert, his work is cited by authoritative sources such as the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat and The Ministry of Social Development of New Zealand. Committed to research, writing and editing excellence, he has been a reviewer, member of editorial boards, associate editor and editor.
Professor Pyser is also a Fellow of the Caux Round Table.
